To celebrate its seventh edition, the largest national award in urban rehabilitation reached the record number of 83 candidates, urban rehabilitation interventions, from north to south of the country. in a set of great quality and enormous diversity. Over the next six weeks we will be presenting the candidates for the 2019 edition.

SOTTOMAYOR RESIDÊNCIAS

Promoted by Coporgest, the SottoMayor Residências project was born from the rehabilitation of four buildings on Avenida Duque de Loulé, near Avenida da Liberdade and Marquês de Pombal, in the center of Lisbon. The Coporgest team, with the support of construction company HCI, carried out a total reconstruction project incorporating several floors of garage and offering 97 elegant apartments, with typologies from TO to T5. The work was completed in July 2018.
