Rehabilitating empty or dilapidated buildings in the historical center of Lisbon with a view to its exploration as local accommodation is the bet of Lisbon Best Apartments (LBA), which already has six buildings totaling 54 apartments, with prices never below three digits and where the guests even with butler service. The brand of local housing that was born five years ago as the new business area of real estate developer Coporgest is now moving forward with a five-star hotel in Chiado, whose work started a week ago and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
