2018 was the best year of Lisbon Best Apartments, which has 54 apartments in six accommodation units, now launching into a 20 million hotel project. It is a five star hotel in Chiado, where it plans to invest around 20 million euros. With a scheduled opening date of 2020, Chiado Lisbon Hotel will have 45 rooms, including 13 suites.
