SottoMayor Premium Apartments was distinguished in the category “Best Residential Renovation/Rehabilitation Project in Portugal” by the European Property Awards 2019-2020, one of the most prestigious European awards in the sector.

The awards ceremony took place on 24 October in London. This is the second time that Coporgest has won this award. In the 2016/2017 edition, the real estate developer with 100% ownership capital was distinguished for its emblematic SottoMayor Residências development, considered the largest urban regeneration project in the last 15 years in the centre of Lisbon.
